About Us
Finnriver Farm is home to the Kisler family of Keith, Crystie, River and baby Coulter, as well as to a neighborhood community of up to 20 people, including families and farm apprentices – with whom we share the ample bounty of this land and the healthy necessity of labor. We bring to the farm a diverse set of backgrounds and interests. For example, we have been or are currently: teachers, artists, writers and poets, naturalists, builders, biodiesel retailers, farmers, parents etc. As a community we milk the goats, gather the eggs, pick the berries and celebrate the seasons and the harvest. It is our great joy to grow both food and community here. Our neighbors, the Gordon family, own and operate Belltower Art, the Peninsula's most creative art supply store, located in Port Townsend's historic downtown.
